Welcome to Elvenar Tools - an unofficial space with tools and information about the game. While most of the content of this website is still a work in progress, the first and main feature is already released: the City Planner. This brand-new city planner supports the newest buildings and functionalities, and most importantly, Chapters 23 and 24.
